Agreement to Terms
The website https://SafetyNetServices.net (the "Site") is operated by SafetyNet Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site and/or purchasing our services, you ("User," "Client," or "Customer") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
By continuing to use this Site or our services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Site or use any services.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes on our Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site or our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
General Terms
By using our services, you agree that:

* Deactivate or delete your account at our sole discretion.
* Establish general usage limits for our services.

Account Registration & Security
To purchase services, you must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to weak credentials or failure to secure your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.
Payment & Billing
All transactions must be processed through our official billing platform on the Site.
Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
Custom PC and dedicated server builds require a non-refundable deposit before procurement of hardware.
Unpaid invoices beyond 7 days may incur late fees or service suspension.
Clients are responsible for all chargebacks, disputes, and bank fees associated with their payments.
Refund Policy
Section 1A: General Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once services have started.
A refund may be granted only if a service is canceled before work begins, at our discretion.
Custom PC, server builds, and hardware sales are final and non-refundable once ordered.
Cryptocurrency payments are only refundable as account credit.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if:
You violate our Terms of Service.
Your account is involved in DDoS attacks or illegal activity.
You host illegal content or engage in malicious network activity.
Section 1B. 48-Hour Money Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with our services, SafetyNet Services LLC offers a refund in the form of account credit for any payments made within 48 hours prior to the refund request.
Cryptocurrency Refunds: We do not issue refunds for payments made using cryptocurrencies. Instead, refunds for cryptocurrency-related payments will be provided as account credit.
Refund requests outside of the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a refund. However, SafetyNet Services LLC may, at its discretion, and if no other Terms and Conditions have been violated, grant a partial refund as account credit that can be used for our services.
Section 1C. Refunds Will Be Denied Under the Following Circumstances
Violation of any rule in our Terms of Service.
Involvement in outgoing DDoS attacks.
Hosting illegal content or participating in attacks on our network.
Any action deemed unfit or inappropriate under our network, at our discretion.
Service Usage & Conduct
You must not use our Site or services for:
Illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
Disrupting or harming our servers, networks, or other clients.
Spamming, hacking, or any form of cyber attack.
Reselling our services without explicit permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if we determine that your actions violate these terms or disrupt our operations.
Data Protection & Limited Liability
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
If you provide the hardware, we are not liable for data loss due to hardware failures, misconfigurations, or cyberattacks.
If we provide the hardware, liability is limited to the manufacturer's warranty and does not cover misuse, third-party software issues, or unauthorized modifications.
We implement security measures, but we are not liable for breaches caused by weak client credentials or third-party attacks.
Custom Hardware & Builds
No Warranty on Client-Provided Hardware – We do not guarantee performance or compatibility of hardware that you provide.
Manufacturer Warranties Apply – If hardware fails, you must follow the manufacturer's RMA process unless otherwise agreed.
Final Sale on Custom Builds – All custom PC and server builds are final sale upon delivery and acceptance.
Service Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services without notice if:
You fail to pay invoices or engage in fraudulent activity.
You violate these Terms or engage in unethical conduct.
You engage in illegal or abusive behavior toward us or others.
Your actions harm our network, other users, or our reputation.
Clients may cancel services at any time with written notice. Completed work is non-refundable.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafetyNet Services LLC, its owner(s), and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Data breaches or security incidents.
Regulatory fines resulting from improper use of our services.
Third-party disputes related to your use of our services.
Client-side mismanagement of IT security or infrastructure.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled in a Florida court.
Clients waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against SafetyNet Services LLC.
Site & Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time.
We may update these Terms as needed, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
